What's On
The Brewery is housed within a repurposed industrial unit in Digbeth, Birmingham. Situated within an area that is newly undergoing rapid development, Dig Brew Co. aims to establish itself in line with the ethos of the craft brewing movement which in turn will contribute culturally to the growth of the surrounding areas.
With collaboration at the core of the project a youthful brewing team from across Europe has been established. The house Digbeth Lager is be brewed in association with the Bavarian brewery Weihenstephaner. This will be the first lager brewed amongst other continuously evolving experimental recipes.
