The Paper Duck Presents: American Wild Showcase
Those clever little birdies down at The Paper Duck will be running a week long showcase of some of the most incredibly rare beers from the USA to hit a bar in Birmingham taps in recent memory; 8 beers from respected small producers such as Forager Brewing Company (Minnesota), Funk Factory Geuzeria (Wisconsin) as well as beer from the second oldest brewery in the US the celebrated August Schell’s Brewing Co (Minnesota).
Due to how limited of a supply of these beer there are in the UK, no tasters can be offered you’ve just got to dive in head first and with a menu as good as the one as Paper Duck has confirmed below we know you are going to want get straight in there, just make sure you leave some for us please!?!
Birds Fly South – Paper Airplanes // (American Wild Ale)
Burial Beer Co – The Uncharted Depths // (Saison with Kumquats)
Forager – Wild Foraged Apricot // (Sour Ale with Apricots)
Funk Factory – Cervino Gewürztraminer // (Blended Wild Ale with French White Grapes)
Speciation Artisan Ales – Mover // (Foeder Aged Golden Sour with Orange and Ginger)
August Schells Brewery – Framboise du Nord // (Barrel Aged Berliner Weisse with Raspberries)
August Schells Brewery – Tidal Disruption // (Berliner Weisse aged on Blackberries)
Orpheus Brewing – Atalanta // (Saison with Plums)
All of the beers will be priced at £5.50 per third or all 8 for £40 will be pouring from 20th July onwards, no tickets required just turn up and enjoy.
